This website, GreatPetSitters.com, (the “Website”) is a service of Dog N Pony (DNP) Sales Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy that is incorporated herein are a legally binding agreement between you and Dog N Pony (DNP) Sales Limited; please read them carefully. We may post changes to these Terms of Use at any time. By using the services offered on the Website or by continuing to view materials on the Website, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy do not access or use the Website.
GreatPetSitters.com is intended and designed for users 18 years of age and older, and access or use by anyone younger is not authorized.
Description of Service
Through the Service we are providing a platform for online classified advertisements and internet directory listings. We may also provide opinion articles and/or blog postings for informative purposes.
To use our Service, you may purchase one or more types of classified advertisements or directory listings as outlined on our Pricing page. Listing fees and timeframes are as outlined on our Pricing page, and all ads will expire and be removed from publication on the Website at the conclusion of the term. By placing an Ad on our Website, you agree to pay the fees specified for the service you select, regardless of whether your item, animal, or service sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your Ad type and submitting your Ad information. Since your purchase is a digital service, it is deemed “used” after purchase, and all purchases made are non-refundable or exchangeable, even if you provide incorrect information or fail to sell your animal, item or service. If your animal, item or service sells within the contracted time of the Ad you will not be refunded for the unused time of the Ad. Ads may be cancelled at any point by the user. No refunds will be issued for the unused time of the ad at the date the user chooses to cancel the Ad. It is your responsibility to remove your advertisements from the Website upon sale or transfer.
Listings identified as scams, fraud, contain objectionable materials and/or receive complaints from other users will be removed immediately and no refunds will be given.
GreatPetSitters.com may raise or lower Ad prices, Listing prices, or other services without notice.
As Our Service is based online, you are responsible for obtaining access which may involve third party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including any fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access our service.
Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice to you. Company shall not be liable to you or any third party should Company exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. You acknowledge and accept that Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Site and operation of the Site may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
User Registration
To obtain access to certain services on the Website, you will need to become a Registered Member of the Service and will select a user name and password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to disallow use of usernames that we deem offensive, inappropriate, infringes someone’s intellectual property or impersonates another user.
By registering for the Service, you agree to receive periodic emails that will be sent to the email address you registered with, such as, but not limited to, registration confirmation, ad placement confirmation, contact email, ad placement confirmation, reminders and website newsletters.
We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these Terms of Use or any other term of this agreement.
Ad Posting and Content
Listings created by Registered Members must comply with our ad guidelines. The current version of our ad guidelines can be found on our How It Works page.
As the internet has billions of users it is impossible for us to investigate each user and listing on our Website. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use caution and perform sufficient due diligence before exchanging any money or goods based on any listing that you find on the Website. We recommend that you review our post about Scams as a step towards protecting yourself on the internet.
Transactions on the Website are between the Buyer and the Seller only; the Company is not involved in or responsible for sales or purchases on the Website. The Company does not compensate buyers or sellers for any losses that they may suffer as a result of using the Website.
Company does not guarantee or warrant any Registered Member, user or third party’s products, animals, services, or representations. In particular, but without limitation, Company is not responsible for the claims of any owner or seller regarding an animal, item or service listed on Website. This includes, but is not limited to, show records, breeding, registration, health, training, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other claims asserted. As a consequence, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on the Website. Company makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any animal, item or service provided or offered by any vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any vendor shall be at your own risk.
Your correspondence or business dealings with another Registered Member, user or third party found on or through Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such user. You agree that Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on our Service. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Company has no obligation to become involved.
Company may make reasonable editorial changes to ads in order to maintain the integrity and prestige of our Service. Company is not responsible for typos or accidental errors appearing on our Service.
Purchasing an Ad or Listing on our Website does not guarantee the sale, lease or use of your animal, item or service.
If you provide contact information for people interested in your animal, item or service, Company is not responsible for any misuse of this information by a third party or other user. Company will never sell or distribute your contact information to another user or third party.
Company cannot monitor all the ads posted to our Website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any ads or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using the Website you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy the Website.
Any Ads or Listings removed by Company, for any reason, will not be refunded for any fees paid to post the ad or listing.
When you provide us with content for an Ad or Listing to be placed on the Website, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it. When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you grant us an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferrable, royalty-free license to sublicense, use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, and make any other commercial use of that content in any media now existing or created in the future for purposes of making the Service available. This license includes the right to modify and make derivatives of the content, as well as to store all content in an accessible archive. You, as Registered Members, are responsible for all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or linked from your account, on Website. You are entirely responsible for each individual item of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via Website. Company does not and cannot review all content available through the Service or materials posted to the Website by third parties, including Registered Members. Company is not responsible for any such advertisements or materials. Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or part, that in Company’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of this Agreement. While Company will endeavor to enforce the terms of this Agreement, we cannot warrant or represent that Registered Members will in fact adhere to this Agreement and cannot act as insurers against, or accept any liability for, their failure to do so.
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content
- that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way

The personally identifiable information these secure payment providers acquire in processing payment transactions includes the amount of the transaction, the consumer’s name, credit card number and expiration date, billing address, and shipping address.
